BILDERS 2013 LIVE - Germany /Austria /Liechtenstein Tour - EP No. 8- In April 2013 Newzealand LoFi pioneer and Postpunk Underground icon Bill Direen took up the Chance and came back from Kiwi-islands to Europe, where he has stayed more than a decade to spread the word and spirit regarding LoFi Songwriting and Post Punk and 60s/ 70s Velvet Underground inspired Beatpoetry RocnRoll Underground and formed an international mixed band of selected German Austrian and Newzealand musicians to do a little fine Tour with the European Edition of his legendary Band THE BILDERS. This Live Audience Field Recordings (completely in LoFi manner how Kiwis record & release with Carpe Diem mentality) done by his translator friend tour coach Arno Löffler are the only valuable document of this wild weird psychedelic Livemoments when Mark Williams (from Marineville and Ferocious) played the harsh or loving fragile Guitars;David Wutsevitis musical balanced and thoughtful wild or jazzy Drumming structures and contra punctures pushed or balanced everything; Berlin half Legend Violinist TT Geigenschrey (Biils longtime Berlin Bilders companion over the years since the 90s) painted his impro violin atmospheres sensitive melodies and John Cale noises over the scene and swings, Louise Johns added her feminine/masculine whatever strong Cello Bass to Bill Direens Guitar & Vocals fine and powerful paintings declamations readings standup adhoc songwriting, while Arno Löffler sometimes did adhoc spontaneous freehand readings and Tourdiary anecdotes..about the mysterious subject what it means to be in a Band from Bill Direen or be one of the selected members of the BILDERS...
